The standard in athlete training — the Flowtics Method | FE Training Center Gangnam

PERFORMANCE

We provide personalized performance programs
tailored to the demands of each sport — baseball, soccer, golf, snowboard, ski, and more.

Drawing on experience training national and elite athletes across many sports — from the PyeongChang Winter Olympics snowboarding team and the national freestyle ski reserve to figure skating, volleyball, soccer, and golf — we design periodization programs that comprehensively account for each athlete's seasonal condition, competition schedule, and injury history.

FLOWTICS METHOD

The Flowtics Method is a 4-stage program built on the actual training and management methods of Olympic-level athletes.

Following the training cycle, it wakes the body, prepares movement, and helps you find the movement that fits you while building strength and balance. It's designed to systematically manage an athlete's journey from recovery to peak performance.
